Something NEW for WM Leaders:
Women's Ministries Statistical Reporting

Attributes for a Christian Leader
taken from Mosaic a GC WM publication

"Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed.  Because His compassions fail not.  They are new
every morning.  Great is Your faithfulness.
Lamentations 3:22-23

When someone serves you, be understanding not demanding.  Paul counsels us, "Don't just think about your own affairs, but be interested in others too, and in what they are doing.  Your attitude should be the same as Jesus Christs" (Phil 2:4-5 GNB)

When somebody disappoints you be gentle not judgmental.  Paul remonds us, "Welcome those who are weak in faith, but do not argue with them about their personal opinions" (Romans 14:1 GNB)

HAPPINESS COMES WHEN YOU CAN
ACCEPT PEOPLE AS THEY ARE.

When someone corrects you, be teachable rather than unreachable.  Meekness is a teachable spirit.  James advises us, "Everyone must be quick to listen, but slow to speak and slow to become angry"
(James 1:19 GNB)

When someone hurts you, be an actor not a reactor.  You will be hurt in ministry.  It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.  How you respond to being
hurt will make a monumental difference in your ministry.
We must respond to hurts with love, not retailiation.  Paul encourages us, "do not let evil
defeat you; instead, conquer evil with good"
(Romans 12:21 GNB)
